Busy schedule this weekend, in lieu of Coachella (next year hopefully!) I've on the menu:

• A visit to the Museum of Craft and Folk Art (MOCFA) in San Francisco, to check out the brilliant work of Walter Kitundu. This is the last weekend the show is around. I rambled about this a couple of months ago, but this'll be the first time getting to check out these instruments in Liveendirekt!

  

• Then ce soir, I'm off to Rx for the Overlap show, run by Solsken et al, featuring groovy new music and live performances by Nate Boyce + Christopher Willits + Wobbly.

  

• Afterwards, it's off to Fat City to check out the Japanese techno stylings of Fumiya Tanaka.

  

• Time and wakefulness permitting, I'd like to pop in at an after to support Auralism Records, SF's newest label.
