UK DRM
Not surprising at all, from player specific incompatibilities to folks needing lossless audio, basic customer support and fair pricings. It seems that the Apple music store, prolly the most successful online store, is under investigation by the European Commission for overcharging UK iTunes customers. This anonymous poster's comments kinda sum up the sentiments, even if the analogy is a bit of a stretch: Would you buy a car which could only drive to five locations on just three roads, required repurchasing when it broke down, with only three people a day allowed to be passengers and no option for other drivers to use it....and it cost more than a normal car without all the problems?
