Strolled down to the Castro this evening on Shawn's recommendation to check out the Halloween costume parade. There were mad amounts of people dressed up as all the Usual Suspects; from the firemen and police officers to creatures from Jabba's court to priests and [pregnant] nuns to the ubiquitous Marilyn Monroes and voluptuously bosomed nurses [all curiously blonde] popping-bountifully-outta-their white starched uniforms ...

Fave costume: an actual storm trooper stoically manning his curbside position.

Runner Up: A white guy in a full length orange and yellow Chinese speed skating bodysuit, doing a dance ... from afar looked like some kinda superhero breaking it down.

Poignantly Political: a pair of twin towers, PFC England and an Iraqi prisoner.
